Rows are not sorted by raw win rate. Three corrections are applied: the champion's own average is subtracted, so a weak champion does not look bad in every matchup; small samples are pulled towards that average, so a lucky 17 game matchup cannot reach the top; and the lane gold, CS and kill differences are added to the score, because they measure the two laners against each other without the noise of the other eight players.
